Bangkok Bank has been helping customers to grow by giving them the guidance, insights and connections they need since we were founded in 1944.  By supporting the success of our customers, we have become Thailand’s largest bank by assets and a leading Southeast Asian regional bank. We serve retail and business customers in Thailand through our digital network and more than 700 branches nationwide, while supporting companies to expand across ASEAN and beyond.

In 2025 we enhanced our brand identity to make it more contemporary and deliver a brand experience that is in line with customers’ lifestyles. We have adopted a refreshed Lotus logo, new primary brand colors, and an enhanced, elegant typeface. These developments, which are supported by new branch and digital touchpoint designs, reflect our commitment to stand by our customers and provide them with guidance, solutions, and support. The refreshed branding is consistent with our longstanding values of developing long-term and multi-generational relationships with customers, supporting the community, and being a responsible financial services provider.

We have also started to rollout the new brand across our international network, which is the largest of any Thai bank and covers 14 economies. Our subsidiary Permata Bank, one of the top 10 banks in Indonesia, has adopted the group branding which has been tailored to reflect the needs and lifestyles of their customers.

Bangkok Bank’s other major international subsidiaries are Bangkok Bank Berhad, with five branches across Malaysia and Bangkok Bank (China), with branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Xiamen, Shenzhen, and Chongqing.
