تبلغ حصة شبكة الشركة من سوق الاتصالات المتنقلة بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2015 59.1% ( شاملة شركات إعادة البيع ) فيما تبلغ حصتها من سوق الاتصالات الثابتة ( آجل البيع ومسبق الدفع ) نحو 77.5% وهي تمتلك أوسع شبكة للاتصالات المتنقلة وأوسع شبكة لخدمات الاتصالات الثابتة.

تعمل عمانتل وفق رؤية بعيدة المدى وفق ” استراتيجية 3.0 ” التي تستهدف إلى  المساهمة الفعّالة في بناء مستقبل البلاد عبر الاستثمار والتعاون مع الجهات الأخرى المعنية بقطاع الاتصالات والتقنيات في السلطنة لتوصيل خدماتها  للمناطق الريفية والمأهولة بالسكان وربطها مع المناطق الأخرى محلياً وعالمياً .
